BrokerPocket Announces Free Legal Chat Support for Real Estate Professionals

BrokerPocket is collaborating on a new initiative with the Diamond & Diamond Real estate division. Eric Skicki, CEO of BrokerPocket and Joseph Berljawsky, the head of Diamond & Diamond Real Estate division, are working together to build the industry's first free legal chat service for real estate agents. This new service will be launching in the coming months and will allow agents to chat with lawyers on the BrokerPocket platform to answer any legal questions they may have regarding real estate.

The process of selling an assignment can be complex and challenging, therefore, this chat service will be a great benefit to the real estate agent community.

"Our aim is to allow our BrokerPocket users to benefit not only from having access to off market listings, but also to take advantage of value added services on the platform" says Eric Skicki.

Joseph Berljawsky, head of Diamond & Diamond Real Estate division, approached BrokerPocket for this collaboration as he really believes in the mission of BrokerPocket and "creating tools for agents".

The chat will be offered at no cost for the BrokerPocket community, with no obligation to use the Diamond & Diamond law firm on any particular transaction. Diamond & Diamond hopes to provide free legal advice on the industry’s first legal chat; agents will be encouraged to use their legal services on their future real estate transactions.
